Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

1. If you received a defective item.
2. If you received the wrong item or a different product from what you ordered.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind
- Wrong size selection by the customer
- Wrong color selection by the customer
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or discounted items, unless they are defective or incorrect

Size & Color Notes

Please make sure to check the product details, size information, and product images carefully before placing your order.

Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. This does not qualify as a defect.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with:

- Clear photos or videos of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the next steps.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

If the return or exchange is approved due to our mistake, Hana & Her will cover the return shipping cost.
